Welcome to Panama City's only dedicated business directory.

Do a google search and you can find a lot of web sites that have a few links to businesses in Panama City. If you look closely, you'll notice that 99% of these sites list the same links, and they haven't been updated for ages.

These sites usually have nothing to bo with business to business or business to consumer marketing on a broad scale. These sites do this in an attempt to get better search engine rankings. These are the same sites that publish info about the Panama Canal - the same info that 300 other web sites display. It really doesn't work that way.

Most don't let you decribe your own business or resource. They add a few words and leave it at that.

Furthermore, they provide about 30 words for you to describe your business. I don't know many businesses that make sales or enhance relationships through their 20 second "elevator speech".

InPanamaCity.com is dedicated to providing quality business listings. We don't try to be everything to everyone. We won't be describing eco-tours in Gamboa or talking about our dining experience at your resturant - that's your job! We believe that those of you that own and operate businesses and other resources can do a much better job of communicating your value than we can.

We do let you express your vision in your own words, and we give you the room to do it. A free listing has plenty of room - about two solid paragraphs. A featured listing has a full page, with a WYSIWYG editor so you can do your own markup. We'll be adding the ability to use custom HTML in your full page marketing area so there will really be no limits to what you can do. And, for those of you who don't have the in-house talent to do HTML, we'll do it for you!
