Panama City’s Cinta Costera
I spent a good part of Sunday walking around the new Cinta Costera, here in Panama City, Panama. I recently bought a “real” camera, a Canon EOS Digital Rebel Xti, and am still learning how to use it. So far I’ve mastered the on/off switch and I can review pictures I’ve taken. I also learned how to switch it from Full Auto mode to Landscape mode. I’m ready for the big time.
Seriously, these pictures were taken for fun, and I wanted to show some friends, family and business colleagues what the new area looks like. I’ll try again a year from now and I think they’ll be better.

I really enjoy the Cinta Costera's pedestrian walkways.
The Cinta Costera has some very nice walking, jogging and biking trails along the waterfront.
So there you have it. The Cinta Costera is pretty amazing, all in all. I have some older pictures of the development process, and what the coast looked like before they started. I’ll dig those up and post them here as well.
