The Panama Address: La Dulce Colmena is situated in El Avance within the suburb of Betania. This residential neighbourhood is situated approximately 5 km north of the central banking district. El Avance is a beautiful, quiet and safe suburb known for its beautiful tropical trees (Los Guayacanes) which flower with intense yellow flowers during April. Access to El Avance is through either of two key avenues: (1) Tumba Muerto (avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro) and (2) avenida Transístmica (avenida Simón Bolívar).
